Overview Mission and Goals Conduct basic-applied research toward building truly secure, trusted systems beyond best practices. Fundamentally, seek to understand the threats in the context of our critical assets and information infrastructure; to develop innovative end-to-end integrated core capabilities and solutions to deny adversaries the opportunity to find and exploit vulnerabilities; to validate advanced technologies that can be brought to defend, preserve and minimize risk; and to enable equitable information access and real-time situation awareness.
